Our Story
Doorstep Distortion was founded in Seal Beach by a small group of performing musicians who live and breathe rock music. With backgrounds in music education, live performance, and years of teaching experience, we came together with a simple goal: to make high-quality, inspiring music lessons more personal and more accessible.
Today, we proudly serve students across Orange County — bringing the energy of the stage and the structure of real instruction right to their homes. We’re passionate about helping people grow as musicians, and we’ve built our lessons to reflect what we value most: creativity, connection, and a deep love for music.
