Our Story
Doorstep Distortion was founded in Seal Beach, CA with a simple idea: bring the energy of live music and the personal touch of great teaching directly to students’ homes. We’re a small team of performing musicians who not only have years of experience on stage and in the classroom, but also know how to connect with kids and make learning fun. Based in the Orange County area, we specialize in guitar, bass, drums, keys and vocals, offering lessons that blend real-world musical experience with patient, personalized instruction. Our mission is to inspire the next generation of players to pick up an instrument, express themselves, and love music for life.
